He did a very thorough job, spraying around all baseboards and around the perimeter of the inside of the house, then he moved outside and did an even better job, customizing the treatment for us, based on what bugs we were concerned about. He sprayed all around for ants, fleas and ticks, scorpions, and general critters, and took his time doing the full yard as well as around the house, windows, doors, etc. We had used another service provider before, and they never did anything close to this. We were so impressed and are so happy we made the switch to this company. Highly recommend them!

Jarrod was very punctual, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He first assessed my area to determine the best way to treat it and together we brainstormed the best way to treat under my challenging deck area. He explained the products he used as well as the process, and offered other suggestions that we as homeowners could do for mosquito control. He also took the time to address my questions about termite detection. I purchased this service as an Angie’s Big Deal, so the price was certainly right. I would definitely use this company again.

Jerry was the very best. He is truly creme de la creme. As a consummate profession, he takes the time to explain details in their simplest form. I’m am very grateful for the service that he provided. Many times contractors try to up-sell you. Jerry was very forthcoming and explained exactly what was needed and allowed me to make an informed decision. In fact, he was gracious enough to provide me with a slight discount because the work needed exceeded the “Big Deal” requirements as presented on the contract. Jarrod showed up earlier, inspected the premises, and explained to us that Angie’s List’s coupon only covered 200 linear feet on termite treatment and prevention. Since our building was 244 linear feet, Jarrod was up front about the extra charge we had to pay which was $285.78 (44 linear feet x 6). Therefore, on this day we paid extra $285.78, in addition to the $359 which we had previously paid Angie’s list for a termite treatment and prevention package.

Before Certified Termite & Pest company, we had a different company come to give us a bid. That company proposed to use bait stations. After Jarrod analyzed the differences between the liquid treatments and the Bait stations, we were convinced by him that liquid treatment system would work better. In order to receive lifetime warrant with an annual inspection for this Termite-free treatment, we will pay $60 per month from this month on.

My service technician was Fabio. He was running a little late but called to explain which was no problem for me. He inspected the house to detect pest problems and made some recommendations to help control nats. He proceeded to treat the inside first explaining what he was doing, the type of insecticide he was using and the type of results we could expect. He was very friendly and professional and did a very good job treating the inside. He then proceeded to spray outside again explaining what he was doing and why. He spent a good amount of time at my home treating the areas. He was really good at his job.

I appreciate his friendliness and professionalism and his patience answering my questions. This type of technician is what a company wants representing them. Scheduling was easy with contact being made through email. As soon as I made my purchase through Angie’s List I received an email and within 2 days they followed up with another email requesting appointment set up. I appreciate this type of service very much. I purchased the deal being offered on Angie’s List which was for quarterly service. Great job Certified! Highly recommend based on my experience!

We had swarm of what we figured were termites in the bathroom. When I ordered the service, I thought it included looking for and confirming the presence of termites. However, the fellow who first came said he could only look for and treat non-wood eating pests. I was a little disappointed. However, the next day I received an email from the company saying they would return without further cost to perform a termite inspection. I scheduled it and the inspector showed up right on time. He inspected the entire house and educated me concerning termite infestation. Thankfully they aren’t evident anywhere but in the bathroom; however, the treatment for them will be to dig a trench all around the foundation and administer termitacide. He gave me an estimate of what it would cost, which I think is very reasonable and included a 20% discount due to Angie’s list. I will definitely use them to treat the termites.

Certified termite and pest control were very professional. The tech was very prompt and polite and gave me a rundown of everything he was taking care of for me. I was so happy for the work that I agreed to a quarterly treatment schedule from now on. I give nothing but high praise for Certified termite and pest control.
