The Emerging Field Of Bed Bug Law

During the mid 20th century it looked as though bed bugs had seen their last days on this planet. However, the 2000s have seen a ferocious comeback of these nasty creepy-crawlies. As you likely know, bedbugs can be an expensive infestation, as bedbug victims are forced to throw away every piece of furniture and fabric that they own to ensure that their former housemates have been truly eradicated. So what happens when an individual or an entire family is renting property that is infested with bedbugs?
