Girl Finds Dead Spiders And A Big Web In Her Candy Bar
While a mother was driving home from a local thrift store she heard her daughter gasp and then cry over having spotted some dead spiders as well as an old web. So what’s the big deal about spotting a few dead spiders and a web you ask? Well, this particular little girl found the collection of dead spiders, as well as their spun web, inside of her favorite chocolate bar.
The mother of the traumatized child was so appalled over the situation that she took it upon herself to photograph proof of the spider’s chocolate-dwelling, so that she could prove that her daughters chocolate bar was indeed being inhabited by a family of spiders. The mother described the spiders as looking as though they had been rotting inside the hollowed out chocolate bar for a long time.
An official representing the thrift store chain issued an apology for the horrific candy bar. However, the mother claims that the store cashier would not issue her a refund for the inedible candy bar. At least the store owners did not try and sell the chocolate bar as a new insect-based treat.
