Man Commits Murder Over His Lyme Disease Infection | Tick Control
Ticks can be frustrating, and apparently, they can be so frustrating that some victims of tick abuse will be pushed to commit murder. It goes without saying that nothing good can possibly come from ticks, and a recent squabble between two neighbors has made that fact even more clear. A middle-aged man, Neil Zumberge, recently tested positive for Lyme disease. Zumberge became so furious over the diagnoses that he shot his neighbor believing him to be responsible for his unfortunate diagnosis.
You are probably wondering why this murderer thought that his neighbor was responsible for his Lyme disease. It turns out that the neighbor had been feeding dear regularly near people’s houses, which, allegedly, attracted a deer that transmitted Lyme disease to the future murderer. The victim’s wife was also wounded by the killer. Naturally, nobody likes to hear that they have been diagnosed with Lyme disease, but you would think suing in a civil court would be more beneficial than outright murder.
Do you know of any other examples of neighborly conflicts that were somehow related to the presence of arachnids or insects?
